Yes, TK 54 can be used on aluminum substrates.
The prep is as follows:

• Degrease the ramp and rinse thoroughly
• Sand with course sandpaper ( wire brush or sand blast) to roughen up the surface
• Clean again , dry and apply coating.

Absolutely, this protective coating can be used on wood too!
