Tekton 54 Anti-Slip Concrete Coating is a one component, water based, plastic coating formulated to withstand abrasion and provide High Traction, Anti Slip, Non Slip, No Skid Protection.  Tested by Sotter Engineering Corporation, TK54 delivered outstanding results:

This textured, anti slip coating can be applied indoor and outside and comes in black and gray colors and is UV protected.

How to Apply?

WARRANTY:
When properly applied to a contaminant free substrate, as per Application Instructions, Tekton 54 Anti-Slip Concrete Floor Coating will increase the coefficient of friction of the surface.

If the recommended cleaning procedures are followed and the surface is free of contaminants, this increase will last for a minimum of two years. The manufacturer will, at its option, replace any product that loses this increase in the coefficient of friction within the 2-year warranty period. The warranty starts at the date of purchase and applies only to the coating. Neither Seller nor Manufacturer shall be held liable for any injury, loss or damage direct or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the coating. Before application, the customer should determine the suitability of the coating for the intended use.

The customer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with the application. Tekton 54 Concrete Floor Coating can make the surface more slip resistant but cannot make a surface slip free. Slip and Fall accidents can still happen, even after proper application.

STORAGE:

• Do not freeze and do not store under direct sun.
• Unopened container : 1 year shelf life if stored between 40 – 75 F.
• Opened container: up to 6 months shelf life if stored between 40 – 75 F .
